The Breakout Room is an ongoing, invite-only virtual roundtable for I-O psychology leaders. A space to talk honestly about what the field is getting right, where it needs to grow, and where it's headed, with peers who don't need a lot of context.

Before each session, you'll be invited to share what's on your mind. We'll use that to shape the conversation.

No presentations. No panels. Just the good stuff.
