Workera is buying out Hudson Table's Hoboken kitchen for one night. You cook a full meal with a chef, in a group of four, alongside about twenty other people running learning, talent, and transformation across the New York metro area. Then everyone sits down at one long table and eats it.
Three questions run through the night, at the natural breaks. The kind that usually only get asked behind closed doors: what your executive team believes about your workforce's AI skills versus what you can prove, who actually owns transformation, and what you would put in front of a board member who asked you tomorrow for evidence.
