Assessment Variant

An assessment variant is another form of the same assessment, built to cover the same skills at the same difficulty as the original. Variants are what make repeat measurement credible. A different test is easy to produce. An equal one is the hard part, and it is the only thing that makes a before-and-after mean anything.
