WORKERA X Degreed INTEGRATION

Measured skills, right inside the learning flow.

Your people already learn in Degreed. Now they can prove it there too. Workera assessments surface directly in Degreed, and every score writes back to the profile, so learning finally comes with evidence.

HOW IT WORKS

Learn it. Prove it. All in the same place.

Assessments surface in the flow of learning, and every score writes back to the profile automatically.

Degreed Discover search filtered to assessments, listing Workera assessments in the results

Discoverable where people already learn.

Workera assessments surface in Degreed search, plans, and pathways. Employees launch them in the platform and land right back in Degreed when they finish. No separate tool to hunt down.

Verified scores on the Degreed profile.

When an employee completes an assessment, the score writes back to their Degreed profile as a User Skill Rating. Measured capability sits alongside the learning they've done.

Proof the learning worked.

The next assessment shows whether the gap actually closed. Learning ties to a measured outcome instead of a completion record, so you can tell which programs move capability and which just fill seats.

WHY WORKERA + Degreed

Proven capability, not just completed courses.

  • Measured, not assumed

A Workera score reflects what an employee can actually do, measured through assessment. Learning tells you someone engaged. Measurement tells you they can perform.

  • Found, not hunted

Assessments in the flow of learning get taken. Completion rates go up, which means your skill data covers more of the workforce instead of a willing few.

  • One standard, every system.

The same measured rating flows to your HRIS and talent platforms. Measure once, and every downstream decision works from the same evidence.

One connection your security team will clear.

Every connection is authenticated through your provider's approved method, scoped to read only what it needs, and revocable by you at any time. Only minimal, purposeful data transits the connection. Workera is SOC 2 Type II compliant, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certified, and aligned to GDPR.

FAQ

Three things: each Workera domain as a Degreed assessment, each completion as a Degreed completion, and each verified score as a User Skill Rating on the employee’s profile.

What does Workera send to Degreed?

By email. The address must match on both platforms for completions and skill ratings to land on the right Degreed profile.

How are people matched between the two platforms?

In Degreed search, plans, and pathways. They launch in Workera and are redirected back to Degreed the moment they finish.

Where do employees find the assessments?

Verified scores write to Degreed as User Skill Ratings on Degreed’s 1 to 300 scale.

What scale are the scores?

In real time on completion, with a nightly batch sync as a fail-safe and a manual sync available to admins for setup or troubleshooting.

How often does data sync?

No. Degreed is an LXP, not a content provider, so the integration covers assessments, completions, and scores, not content.

Does this integrate learning content on Degreed?

SSO configured with Workera, and Workera added as a provider in Degreed with the provider code set to workera.

What's required before setup?

US, EU, and CA, matched to the region where you access Degreed.
