WORKERA X LinkedIn Learning INTEGRATION

Point people to what closes the gap, not what's trending.

Measure where each employee gaps out and route them to the exact LinkedIn Learning course that closes it, through your enterprise sign-in and the subscription you already fund. Learning time turns into capability the business can use, instead of hours lost to the catalog.

HOW IT WORKS

Measure skills. Route the learning.

Workera measures the gap, routes through your license, and updates the recommendation as skills change.

Direct pathways to LinkedIn Learning content.

Workera evaluates individual proficiency levels, steering employees straight to the LinkedIn Learning courses that solve specific gaps. Contextual suggestions surface naturally within guided development plans and active learning programs.

Routed through your enterprise subscription.

Every recommendation sends employees through your LinkedIn Learning enterprise sign-in and on to the course, so they land on the license you already pay for, never a public page.

Quarterly timeline showing recommended skills shifting from Data Analysis to Communication to Project Management

Guidance that keeps up with the person.

As employees close gaps and new ones open, each assessment refreshes what's recommended, so the next course is always the one that moves capability furthest. The guidance never goes stale after a single plan.

WHY WORKERA + LinkedIn Learning

Directed development, measured in results.

  • Aimed at the role

A measured gap tells you what this person needs for this role. Not what their peers are watching, and not what the catalog is promoting this week.

  • On the license you already fund

Links route through your enterprise account, converting LinkedIn Learning seats you already pay for into directed, trackable development.

  • Learning you can tie to outcomes

The score after the course tells you which programs moved capability and which didn't. L&D reporting stops being a completion count.

FAQ

Two numeric IDs from your LinkedIn Learning admin console: your Account ID and your Instance ID. There's no API key, client secret, or service account to supply.

Side by side in your LinkedIn Learning admin console. Your LinkedIn Learning account rep can confirm both if you can't locate them.

In AI Mentor recommendations and in program learning resources, whenever Workera suggests LinkedIn Learning content.

They're sent to your LinkedIn Learning enterprise sign-in and then forwarded to the course, so they land on your organization's subscription.

Both are required to route through your account. If either is missing, links fall back to the public course page, so employees still reach the course but aren't signed into your subscription automatically.

That depends on the SSO setup between your identity provider and LinkedIn Learning. The integration points links at your account, but sign-in behavior is controlled by your SSO.

Workera stops recommending LinkedIn Learning content and removes the stored Account and Instance IDs. You'd re-enter them to reconnect later.

There are none to store. The catalog is synced centrally, and your two IDs only rewrite recommendation links.
