August 2022 product updates - New adaptive plans coming soon!

We're excited to announce major enhancements that are coming soon to Workera's learning experience! All learners will soon be transitioned to new adaptive learning plans that take them through a personalized journey to create a more holistic, user-friendly learning plan based on their specific needs and goals.

We’re using state-of-the-art AI to determine the best path for each learner to take in their personal development, guiding them through each domain in a skill set, and setting weekly objectives to give them quick, attainable ways to progress. Learners will know what they need to focus on every week to make progress in the most time-efficient way possible.

In addition, the adaptive plan will now include guided projects that empower learners to put their new knowledge to use, as well as weekly mini-assessments so they can evaluate their understanding of new concepts in a more timely fashion. This framework is flexible, allowing learners to choose how much time to commit per week to their learning plan. We'll provide them with estimates of how much they can improve their scores within the next 8 weeks and of how much longer it will take to reach their target score in a domain.
