Your stack already knows where people sit. Now it knows what they can do.

Introducing upgraded Workera integrations: one verified skills signal, delivered into every system where talent decisions happen.

Ask ten leaders where their skills data lives and you'll get ten different answers. The ATS knows what candidates claim. The HRIS knows where people sit. The LXP knows what content was consumed. Each system holds a fragment of the picture, and almost none of it is trusted where it counts: only 33% of business leaders believe their current talent data is good enough to make an informed decision (Gartner).

This isn't a skills-data problem. It's a skills-data delivery problem. Enterprises already measure skills in a dozen places. The question is whether that measurement ever reaches the moment a decision actually gets made, the offer, the promotion, the redeployment, the next AI investment the board is about to greenlight.

Today, we're closing that gap. Workera's upgraded integrations carry verified capability into the flow of work, pulling employee and candidate data in, and writing measured proficiency back onto the profiles and records where hiring, upskilling, resourcing, performance, and mobility decisions get made.

The cost of guesswork

When the signal behind a decision is inferred, self-reported, or stale, the cost compounds quietly. Recruiters advance candidates on resumes, and a technical mis-hire runs 1.5x–2x annual salary in lost time and replacement (SHRM). Learning budgets fund seat time instead of skill gain, with roughly 30% of L&D spend, by McKinsey's count. And when strategy pivots, organizations that can't redeploy talent on verified data take three times longer to launch new initiatives (Deloitte). Every one of those costs traces back to the same root: capability data that never made it to the point of decision, in a form anyone could trust.

Connect. Sync. Verify.

The upgraded Integrations work in three steps, through a single connection.

Connect. One guided connection covers 250+ HRIS and ATS platforms. No point-to-point builds, no engineering backlog. Admin setup takes 30–45 minutes, most of it inside your own system, with OAuth 2.0 and cryptographically signed callbacks throughout.

Sync. Employee and candidate lifecycle data flows in and syncs daily, automatically adding, updating, and deactivating users, and auto-assigning the right programs based on that system’s attributes like role, department, and location. Rules re-apply on every sync, so program membership keeps pace with the org as people join and move. Admins review staged data before anything goes live.

Verify. Workera measures what people can actually do, then writes that verified proficiency back onto employee profiles and candidate records, normalized to each platform's own scale and mapped to your taxonomy. The proof lands in the flow of decisions, not in a file someone has to open, map, and upload.

What changes across the lifecycle

The same verified signal now travels end to end, surfaced inside the tools your teams already use.

In the HRIS, capability scores land as verified skill ratings on employee profiles so redeployment and performance conversations run on evidence instead of relationships.

In the ATS, advancing a candidate to the assessment stage triggers the right evaluation automatically; status, score, and pass/fail return to the candidate record in under five minutes, and a valid recent score is reused rather than re-run.

In your content provider’s platform, Workera assessments become discoverable in search, plans, and pathways, and verified scores enrich the participant's profile. Every gap deep-links to the exact content that closes it, so people study the delta, not a catalog of 10,000 courses.

And when a program is complete, Credly credentials issue (pending Credly access) automatically, including retroactively, turning development investment into portable recognition that travels to LinkedIn and the broader career ecosystem.

That's the closed loop: a verified gap becomes a targeted recommendation, the recommendation becomes measurable growth, and the next measurement proves the gap actually closed, with a credential to show for it.

That's what verified means, and why it matters: not a label someone confirmed about themselves, but decision-grade evidence of what a person can actually do, delivered where the decision happens.

See it in the flow of work

If your skills data is scattered across systems no one fully trusts, the fix isn't another application. It's a connected architecture where every talent decision runs on verified capability. That's what the upgraded Integrations deliver, one connection, and a signal you can stand behind in every system it reaches.
