Decisions and evidence, all in the same place.
Put a defensible number behind every offer, on every requisition, without adding a step to your process.

Set the stage once in Greenhouse. The pipeline runs it from there.
Your team moves the candidate. Workera measures them and reports back in Greenhouse.

Right assessment, right role.
Add Workera as a stage in the interview plan and pick what you're actually hiring for. Recruiters find it exactly where they expect it, alongside every other stage.

Advancing sends it.
Set one rule and the invitation fires the moment a candidate hits the stage with no Greenhouse login needed.

Results on the record.
Status, score, and completion date write back to the candidate's application, and the full report opens straight from the interview kit. Set a threshold and work only the people who cleared it.
Screening ranks resumes. Workera measures people.
Same bar for every candidate
Everyone in the req is scored against one defined standard, not against each other.
Integrity without the theater
Sessions are monitored, anything unusual goes to the hiring manager, and nothing rejects a candidate automatically.
Rigor without the wait
A higher bar usually costs days in the funnel. This one costs a stage change.
One connection your security team will clear.
Every connection is authenticated through your provider's approved method, scoped to read only what it needs, and revocable by you at any time. Only minimal, purposeful data transits the connection. Workera is SOC 2 Type II compliant, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certified, and aligned to GDPR.

FAQ
Candidate first name, last name, and email, plus the application ID, the job reference, and the assessment chosen for the stage. Read only. Nothing else in Greenhouse is touched, and Workera writes only to the assessment stage on the application.
In Workera you connect Greenhouse and enter your Greenhouse subdomain. Workera issues an API key and the stage name, your Greenhouse account manager provisions the stage on your account, and you finish the connection in Workera. Setup is configuration, not a development project.
Only the assessments your team designates for high-stakes hiring programs appear as options on the stage, so nobody can send something that was never approved for hiring.
Yes. A stage transition rule sends it whenever someone moves into the Workera stage. Greenhouse requires a grader to be assigned for the rule to fire, and a lightning bolt on the stage confirms the automation is live.
Status, score, completion date, and a link to the full report, which also opens from the interview kit.
Yes. The score is a filterable field on the job's candidate list, so you can set a threshold and work only the people above it.
No. Integrity monitoring flags behavior for human review inside Workera. It never auto-fails a candidate and is never written to the Greenhouse record.
Your team sets the window in Workera, either a fixed date or a rolling period from assignment, along with how much time has to pass before someone can be measured again.
