Verified proficiency, written onto every Workday profile.
Workera measures what your people can actually do, then writes that verified score back into Workday's own skill scale. No mapping required.

Verified capability, native to Workday.
Set the mapping once. Skill ratings, user provisioning, and candidate assessments then run on their own.

Proof you can defend.
Every rating on the profile traces back to the assessment behind it: what was measured, when, and how it scored. Nothing on the profile is a guess someone will have to explain later.

User management on autopilot.
Workera pulls job title, department, and location from Workday and updates daily to add, modify, and remove users. Rule-based automations enroll the right people in the right programs on every sync. No manual lists to manage. You review staged changes before they go live.

Proven capability before the offer.
Advancing a candidate triggers the assessment invite automatically. They complete it without creating a Workera account, and status, score, and outcome land back on the candidate record in Workday.
Measured proficiency, not inferred labels.
A score, not a label
Other skills tools enrich Workday with labels guessed from resumes and work artifacts. Workera writes a score that was actually measured. You can’t build a workforce plan on a guess.
Decision-grade, not directional
Every score is calibrated against a defined proficiency standard. The same rating means the same thing across every region, function, and team, so you're comparing people to the bar instead of to each other.
One measurement, every decision
The same verified signal powers hiring, development, and mobility. Measure a person once, and every HR decision in Workday works from the same truth.

Workera connects through our integration partner as a subprocessor under your data-privacy agreement and never stores raw Workday credentials. Recruiting uses Partner OAuth 2.0, and callbacks are cryptographically signed and verified.
About 30–45 minutes for admin setup, most of it inside Workday itself.
