The following content is designed for the ambient alpha testers. This is an early access program for 100 individuals. If you are not part of the Ambient Alpha but would like early access, please join the waitlist.
Every tool you connect adds a dimension to your picture. Here's the full list, and what each one tells your coach.
Ambient sees only the tools you choose to connect. Nothing else on your Mac: not your files, not your photos, not your browser. That design choice means connectors decide everything. One tool gives Ambient a keyhole view of your week. The full set gives it the room.
What each connector adds
Email (Gmail, Outlook): how you write when it counts. Clarity, persuasion, how you translate complex things for the person on the other end.
Messaging (Slack, Microsoft Teams): how you communicate in motion. Concision, unblocking teammates, landing a point without losing the nuance.
Calendar and meetings (Google Calendar, Zoom, Gong, Granola): how you run a room and protect your time. Meeting habits, 1:1s, how decisions get made when you're in them.
Docs and storage (Google Docs, Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox, OneDrive): how you build an argument. Structure, proposals, the writing that moves work forward.
Projects and code (Asana, Linear, GitHub, Codex): how you execute. Ownership, follow-through, shipping.
CRM (Salesforce, Affinity): how you work with customers and relationships.
AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork): how you work with AI. Increasingly, the skill everyone wants proof of.

Don't see a tool you live in? Tell us in the Ambient Alpha Slack. Connector requests from this group genuinely shape what gets built next. (One known gap: SharePoint isn't supported yet; OneDrive is the path in the meantime.)
Healthy and Quiet
In Connectors, each tool shows a status. Healthy means fresh evidence is flowing. Quiet means Ambient hasn't seen anything new there lately, which usually means the connection needs a quick re-authorize, or you just haven't used that tool this week. If something you use daily reads Quiet, click it; two clicks usually brings it back.
Your rules, always
You choose every connection, and you can disconnect any tool at any moment. Ambient reads what you produced in the tools you connect: the emails you sent, the messages you wrote, the work you authored. Your raw content stays yours; what you see in the app are the skills and patterns read from it, and those show up to you first.
Open Connectors and add one tool you use every day!
